Refund policy

At The Note Therapy, every product is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed with love. Since many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we follow the refund and return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Printed-to-order items

However, if you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a wrong item
  • or a defective product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To help us process your request quickly, kindly share:

  • clear photos/videos of the product
  • packaging images
  • unboxing video (preferred)

After verification, we will provide:

  • a replacement or
  • a refund/store credit depending on the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before production/printing begins.

Once the customization or printing process has started, cancellations will not be possible.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Color & Print Variation

Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and printing variations. These minor differences are not considered defects.
